We’re thrilled to showcase our latest transformation—Abertay University Library! This project reflects our ongoing commitment to designing inspiring, functional, and future-ready environments that enhance how people learn, collaborate, and engage.
The Vision
Working alongside Threesixty Architecture Ltd and Caledonia Contracts Ltd, our goal was to help redefine the library space—creating an environment that supports modern learning, teamwork, and student well-being. Abertay University wanted a dynamic, multi-functional space that caters to a variety of needs, from focused study to collaborative working.
The Transformation

📌 Modern Breakout Areas – Comfortable seating and contemporary finishes to encourage engagement.
📌 Café Area – A welcoming social hub that enhances student experience.
Our role involved sourcing, supplying, and installing premium loose furniture, ensuring that every element aligned with both practical functionality and aesthetic appeal. We were also tasked with breathing life into a few existing chairs by means of reupholstery and refurbishing the frame.
Thoughtfully selected finishes and materials bring warmth, comfort, and energy to the space, creating an inviting hub for students, employees, and visitors alike.
